I purchased my sansui TV a couple of months ago recently black spots have started to appear on the screen which are blocking the visuals

The tv screen went blank and the display is not working while its audible , its not even been a year and this is the second time i am facing this issue. Really unsatisfied and disappointed with both product and the service. The tv falls under the 5 year warranty. Kindly take action as soon as possible.

I have Sansui LED tv which has already had display issues for second time in the year , the fellow service person came to check the tv and said there is an issue with the panel and told me it will take 10 days time to fix the same. I do not understand what the issue is but it is extremely disappointing that after the product has failed to satisfy me the service given by the company is a failure too. Its festive season and being without the tv for 10 days seems to be a difficult option. Waiting for REVERT. Contact no : 9004169750
