    Con no cx4088956, every time HV to visit agency at least twice to get the cylinder. This time booked on 4-5-15 delivery slip also generated 2 times but still don't get CTL under. Ur staff was very irresponsible. They talk with peoples like we made mistake to select this agency. After one month of booking they don't feel hesitate to say that they don't have delivery boy.pls lukafter the matter and mentain staff costumer friendly otherwise it effects image in future. Pls do something.....

    I have been facing problem in getting Gas Cylinder Refill in time. Usually booking can be done only after 21 days after delivery. Gas Cylinder will be delivered mostly after 1 month after so many follow up. That means 51 days 1 gas cylinder and in an year 7 cylinders.Since the demand is for every 40 days for a normal family more than 9 cylinders are required, even though ready to pay any excess than entitled.Here the problem is that every month cylinder is delayed for one or other reason like, vehicle did not come delivery boys were on leave etc etc and .with rude behavior ..This has become a regular practice with nobody to check or question this severe irregularities and harassment. .We can understand delay in one or two months .But for every month such dame excuses makes something fishy.It seems the Indane Gas agency is misusing the Gas, by such tricks by giving maximum harassment to the consumer every month.It seems the demand for Gas is more than supply and the staffs are very less for effective serviceHence the consumers are suffered, harassed and being fooled every month, with least efficiency of services as if there is no supervision.The customer is forced to use electricity and has to arrange own transport his own risk which is very inconvenient.Can the higher authority make a no
    and increase the efficiency at the earliest and save the customers from such harassment.....Another question is can we book before 21days since already delayed this month so as compensate and get in time. Pl advise

    no delivery of cylinder on time .worst staff ever seen. no repsonse for any type of issue.cylinder delivery in 20-25 days after many follow ups. these type fo agencies are giving bad image to INDANE service. need to check for Audit purpose.

    My gas connection is CX 16593367...i always face bad service from anushka indane..they never send cylender on time..after 15 days from booking they send cylender..its essesndial commodities.hav to provide in 1 to 2 hour itself..but they took more than 15 days..i m trying to cal them but they r not receiving call..only kne time reveived n said call after sometime..i booked yesterday n i need cylender today itself..kindly direct to provide me cylender today itself..
