My order placed on January 12 was supposed to have reached me latest by the the 16th of January.
Today is the 18th and the order has not yet arrived. Moreover, I have not received any e mail regarding any delay.

I have placed an order on 3rd (December) the order jade still not come .... I spoke to the delhivery company they said they have not received the product from mango yet .... and when I check my order status on track my order , it’s just not moving any further from ‘’waiting for pickup’’.... please reply and also you don’t have an Indian customer care number whom I can contact .... my order it pre-ordered ...when I check the status of my order in the app then it’s saying it’s shipped ... but I haven’t received yet ... please look into this ...
