11-08-18 using Bajaj finance we purchased fridge and TV we paid our initial amount using credit card for the amount of 13900.But the product has been cancelled...still now the amount was not refunded...for the past one and half months we were waiting for the amount still how many days we have to wait..pls do the favour for us..

We bought a dishwasher in Sathya online in the name of Antony Regan, and product which is delivered to my home is damaged product, Sathya showroom responded that they will change the product with the new one. It's been one week since after discussing with the team But no any response yet.
Sathya showroom which is located in Tuticorin is not responding at all. Worst service ever. Do you want us to wait for one year? Who do this to people?
They're not even picking up the call. Don't you guys have a product which is working or don't you guys even check the product before you sent it to customers...

On 12/11/2019 I have paid an amount of 34000 to Nagercoil Satya stories for purchase of an AC as my home AC became bad . Subsequently service technician attended and repair my AC . So I cancelled the order on AC within an hour before delivery .The floor manager is refusing to refund the amount and keeping the money with him .Kindly take necessary action and refund my money immediatly

Iam 5years customer of satya showroom.i bought so many appliances...but now iam not satisfied with you..i raised the air-cooled default compliant on 5 to 6 times but have no any response on your side...this is not fair to you...

we purchased 43 inch LED tv from Sathya Agencies Virudhunagar, Its not working for more than 1 month, Our full family went to sathya agency and we told the issue. There is no response from Sathya agency, virudhunagar and even from Sathya agency Headoffice as well
Now tv is not in use condition. we dont have any other option so am complaining here.
Please check this on high priority as the TV is still under warranty.
Dont buy any products from Sathya agency, this is my humble request to every one

Under warranty..
Need duplicate bill for replacement as per Haier service engineer.
Last two weeks ,I tried kumanchavadi branch for duplicate bill,so far no response.
Hope may be Sathya will focus only Sales rater than service.
Pl mind, no Sales without service support.
