Hi,
I have booked a JBL Bluetooth Speaker but, courier boy delivered a digital wrist watch. In the evening I was search the Customer Care No & on that time a call has come to mobile from 8918166476 no. as an executive of Ezeekart Customer Care (According to his version). During the conversation I got a msg from 8918166476 & after that, several masgs I received from 9004676782 & 9330030384 which I have been asked to send to 8108516776. As it was timed out he sent repeatedly different msgs & asked me to send the latest msg. to 9004676782. On basis of his direction I also sent those msg. as he told but, last time I had a doubt when he asked about my Bank account. Then I stopped sending the msg & I told him not exchange the product. After that Mr. he told me if I don't send this msg the amount will be deducted from my Bank Account. Lastly I noticed Rs. 5000 has been deducted from my bank account.
Please I need your help to recover the deducted amount.
