Multiple times i have been to airport for picking up or dropping my family members, the stay in the airport would not be more than 5 minutes. Even though they charge for parking. After asking for free pickup and drop , they arrogantly say that if you have entered the premises u have to pay the parking charges. There is no free pock up or drop facility. Please look into the matter.
