HI MySelf Anup Srivastava. I have 2 cylinders. The cylinder i received 2 month back is not functioning properly just because pin is very low. I complined the same in Agency but nothing happened. I booked 6 days back for refilling of my sec cylinder but till now cylinder has not been delivered. if you try to contact agency, no body pick the phone.
Please help me in resolving this issue.

I have booked my gas cylinder on 26.6.15 vide booking No.513011,cash memo No. 3000061636 generated on 29.6.2015 but till date no cylinder has been delivered. History shows that the cylinder has been delivered on 01.07.15. Today I have got SMS that the subsidy has been credited in my accoun.The delivery man sold it to some other person in black .My con. I have booked my gas cylinder on 31-Aug-2015,cash memo 3000097668 generated on 1-Sep-2015.On 3-Sep-2015 I got the message that cylinder delivered but actually it was not delivered.When I call to agency for the cylinder booking for another cylinder done with a cash memo no 3000099543 on 4-Sep- 2015.On 7-Sep- 2015 I received the message that cylinder deliverd against the cash memo no 3000099543 where as still I am waiting for the Cylinder.My question is what is the requirement of generating the 2nd cash memo.It is clear that the cylinder against first cash memo has sold in black.For each booking I have to follow up with the agency for cylinder.Plz look into it,my cosumer no is 33996 with sondhi gas service,j block saket.
