dear,sir my consumer no is 267124,i had place refil on 22/4/15 which is in my second refile.but they didnt give me subsidies cylender,i had paid for this Rs/-650.i want too know y they collect exise money from me???

I have taken new gas connection and received gas bottle but didnt receive gas stove.
Due to damage in gas stove delivery person take back and committed to gave tomarrow morning ie 13th of february
Kindly look into. Matter urgent.

I had book my gas cylinder on dtd:30/06/2017 and cash memo has been alredy generated but today i have msg received from agency my booking cancelled. why? how reason. please explain. my service no is 265757. for uday gas agency, krishnanagar , saijpur , naroda.

Purpose for Visit - Inspection Visit Without Approval
I have to informed you that today afternoon From uday gas agency technician visited at My home and without our approval to visit and argue & Given to Threaten to my WIfe.-"Word By Technician-"tomorrow u have to visit at Branch otherwise we have to closed your connection and not supplied GAS refill from next month
This Is totally not acceptable by UDAY GAS .
Note - Already my wife suffer by High Fever and under doctor observation.
i Want to KNOW WHO Is responsible for the This kind Of behavior by technician .
Discussed with MR Rakesh- Branch Head and we have to meet by tomorrow morning for the core of action.
