Rude and inappropriate behaviour of delivery boy vikram by Akshay mor:

Dear sir,
We are the customers of Vimal gas service since past 30 years under consumer name Akshay mor(earlier Basant Mor).We have been receiving gas since many years without any hassles.however since past few months a delivery boy named Vikram has assigned and is refusing to bring the cylinder into the kitchen. He insists on leaving it at the Main door. On being politely requested by my aged mother he refused to bring it in and misbehaved and used inappropriate language. He also remarked that it is not his job to bring it in while all other delivery boys get the cylinder in without even having to ask them. We had no choice but to send it back. You are requested to look into our grievance and take immediate action.
