    For the past 1 year i am not getting my gas delivery receipt.
    Kindly look into this matter and provide me the receipts for te last 1 year .Because of this we may have consumed more price for every gas cylinder.

Though my name "Abdul Ali Ahmed" has been correctly recorded in subscription voucher as well as Consumer Card, my last name "Ahmed" has been omitted in Refill Voucher/Cash Memos on each occasion. When I visited website "www.indane.co.in", Consumer name has been found as "Abdul Ali" in stead of Abdul Ali Ahmed.Further I would like to mention here that I had personally submitted KYC at your Maligaon office.But the Customer Console shows the KYC Status as "not submitted". Kindly look into the matter and rectify the discrepancies under intimation to me.

    I am a consumer of your gas agency since long time. Sri Jayanta Das, a delivery man is reported that my gas connection(No.86967) is being suspended, but I submitted all related documents for KYC and it was certified earlier and cylinders delivered accordingly. that sir, I donot understand that why does my gas connection suspended.

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I had made online complaint on 29-06-2015 regarding omission of my last name in refill voucher/ cash memos and wrong entry against KYC status despite receiving of KYC Form from me in time. Having seen no action in this regard, I had personally went to office of the Distributor on 24-07-2015 at about 1100 hours and requested the officials to resolve the problem. They informed me that online submission of complaint has no value and they do not attend to such complaints. When I said that I have personally come to resolve the problem with supporting documents, they do not pay any attention to it. Making online complaint is not liked by the officials of the Distributor and as a consequence, they being annoyance, are unwilling to resolve the problem. Kindly advise what should I do now and how I resolve the problem ?

    My con. No is cx10545748. I made refill booking on 24.08.2015' booking ref no is 208535. I received SMS on 29.09.2015 that cash memo no 300066657 generated, refill will be generated shortly and another message that booking ref 208535 is cancelled,to contact agent. But I have not received any refill issue. It appears that my refill guoata is being issued to other.this is unjust harrasment. When I contacted sivam on tel.8473057494,there is no proper response,before I speak they just drop the phone. This continues 3/4 times.I was not given time to speak.

    Although the cash memo for Gas cylinder is generated for Rs.780/-. But the Delivery boys are collecting Rs.830/- for the same forcefully by telling lies. This is totally un-acceptable. Please try to check/control the same.
