The staff is completely irresponsible. Even after prior booking of 1 month LPG cylinder is not available . And to make the things even worst they never recieves phone call. Completely disgusting....

The service of the distributor is so poor that booking of gas is a problem. Moreover, distributor is not delivering gas at home for which excess amount also charging.
No cash voucher is issuing for gas supplied.

Dear sir,
It is to inform you that my online cash memo receipt has been generated on 27/8/2019 and delivery of gas shown on 28/8/2019 but I have not received the cylinder till today.
Sir, the most interesting part is that my subsidy of Rs 103 has been transferred today.
How it is possible without receiving my cylinder. Plz look into the matter.

My LPG consumer no is 10461.I have booked for an LPG cylinder on 09-12-2019 and invoice no 100169213708 has generatd as reported through SMS on 03-01-2020 but the cylinder is not delivered yet.I have to reside outside Guwahati for service.My wife with two daughter residing Guwahati has got problem for non supply of gas cylinder.I have tried to contact the agency over phone but could not get response.
