The concerned gas agency(Nabajyoti gas agency, Hatigarh chariali, Guwahati-24) has not delivered the gas cylinder till this moment inspite of my several verbal request. We are senior citizens and facing huge issues for the delay.

Domestic lpg gas cylinder delivery service is not satisfactory in the Pub Gitanagar area. The delivery boy (Mr. Praful) refused to deliver the gas cylinder to home when he was asked to replace a leaking cylinder. Further the weighing machine carried by them was not working properly as it was showing different weights while weighing. Therefore, I request the concern authority to look into the matter, so that the consumer is not unnecessarily harassed.

I booked a gas cylinder on 2 nd August but still it has not been delivered after 18 days. I got a message saying the reason of not delivering cyclinder is that house hold is not having Empty Cylinder which is not the case. Kindly deliver my cyclinder at earliest.
