My booking reference no is 601687 . After booking cash mamo generated but next day suddenly I got amessage that cash mamo has cancelled without delivery of my cylinder. Now I am calling to Prankur gas agency but nobody is picking my phone on all the nos. Plz help.

Gas leakage during use either from cylinder or through regulator. Kindly check and replace on urgent basis.

This is remind to your notice that I have applied for new connection of gas in prankur gas agency SHOP NO 4, RAJ PALACE, OPPOSITE PAWAN CINEMA, GT ROAD ghaziabad before 5 to 6 days back but still there is no response received from anybody i am also trying to touch with him but those numbers which is mentioned on website these numbers are not reachable or switch off kindly look into this.

Hi! this is vinay kumar parcha. i belong to chhapraula, gautam budh nagar, uttar pradesh. i am your customer. i wana tell you..your delivery boy are taking extra charges from your customers like if the charges are 585 rs then they never give back the rest money. if we ask for the changes they said these are the delivery charges. please confirm the same that delivery charges are applicable or not. otherwise i am going to complain in consumer firm,

I would like to inform you that I received 3000250629,booking refill,But my gas stop run only some time,i am also change regulator,stove but problem continue,then I observed black dust/ water observed in pipe.So plz resolve my matter as soon as possible,because it's the matter of my family safety.W e are waiting for your positive response.

Nobody is receiving the call at the agency or the customer care. Cylinder has been delivered but the gas is less almost 2kgs in it.
