I HAVE BOOKED DOM. CYL. ON 14.12.14 VIDE NO.266255 -AS SMS CONFIRMATION. NOW, WHEN I CHECK BY DELIVERY STATUS, IT SAYS - ''YOUR BOOKING NO. IS 2000115255 DTD.01.01.2015''.
BUT NO SMS CONFIRMATON YET TO RECEIVE AGAINST THIS BOOKING.
YOU ARE REQUESTED PLS. DELIVER MY CYLINDER AGAINST MY BOOKING NO. I.E.266255 AS URGENT BASIS. CONSUMER NO.:T16962.

why is booking being cancelled number of times? who will bear the charge for cancellation of bookings?you should instruct the delivery man not to demand/take more than the billed amount.

Hi,
No.of times I infom that to delivery man please carry the bill at the time of cylinder delivery.
But no result.last time I collected the bill in Office after receiving the cylinder. Here, bill amt RS. 644.50 cash memo No. 3000089401 dated 08.07.15 delivery man said your bill amount is RS. 692 I pay the said amount against this bill. When I infom to Office they said delivery charges you should paid extra.He showing a chart here delivery charge RS.25.
Why delivery man demand the extra amount? If the the delivery charge extra why not include with bill.
Please resolve the the issue this is not 1st time no. Of time we pay such type of amount.

My customer ID T 18356.I got a message from you on 8 /11 2015 " booking no 391376, shall be delivered shortly, but with out any further information i got one more message " 391376 stands cancelled. kindly book again. I don't know what is the reason. This is not the first time. i want to contact you but your no was wrong. pls inform me why it comes repeatedly.
