I had not got my cylinder but got subsidy. Its not right under the rules. Plz do needful .

My consumer No.21732175. I requested for transfer of gas connection on 3.10.2105 to Niranjan Gas Service, but due to server problem you declined my request on 10.10.2015. I complained to IOC and other authorities. They advised me finally that the distributor has been advised to issue transfer voucher. On contacting over telephone, you still showed your inability in contravention of IOC instructions. I request you to please immediately issue me the transfer voucher as advised by IOC or give reasons in writing for not issuing the voucher. In case you failed to reply, it is presumed that you are on the fault and held responsible. Therefore, i again request as a senior citizen, please not to harass me and issue immediately transfer voucher.
