booked the cyleder last month but cylender not received till date by PREET KUMAR:

We have booked the cylinder on 17 dec2014 & my refer. no. was 600062.
I have not received the cylinder till date.
we have received a msg about cash memo no. 3000111628on 25-dec-2014 but till date we have not got any cylinder & daily we are calling to agency but not response.

Non delivery of gas refill by Z NGACHAN:

Gas refill booked against Cust No CX 9752954,dated 7/7/15 with Booking No 719 has not been delivered yet. Wonder if it really takes such long to deliver booking. If so, action may kindly be taken to improve the services, better and faster services are expected in big cities like Guwahati.

Dear sir
I am a very new customer of your gas service. Earlier i was having connection with hangsa agency and now 2 months earlier my connection shifted to yours agency but i am facing the same complaint from your booking staff this month and previous month also as they dont use to pick phone and after my continous ringing he put the phone on hold and i am trying to connect him last 30 min. And cimputer is replying customer is busy.
Last month also i faced the same problem and at last when i got connected to your staff and he also misbehaived to me on phone.
I am also having todays continuous phone engageg and full ring but not receiving phone , profe on my phone recording software
Dear sir as i am private service holder . so if you instruct your back office staff for proper phone responce it will help many of your customers like me

My consumer no is 207523. I booked a refill on 4th April'18. But till now I have not received my Gas cyl. Refill. It was informed delivery was not done due to door lock. Today also I booked but same reply "you have booked a refill on 4th Apr.Pl look into the matter.

Consumer no. 7599261378. Booked on 25/02/2019 still not received refill. Delivery boy always takes Rs 30 extra for home delivery against the mandate of IOCL.

This is 3 rd time happened with me. Delivery man Kumud not delivered refill cylinder timely Or actual date of invoice..this time again done same I have received invoice-5-102022092348 date for delivered cylinder on date -25-2-22 but still I have not received refill cylinder..this is cheating. Enquiry and confirmed the delivered my cylinder.please solve the issue as soon as possible.
