My Con number-17599 at S & P Enterprise (Indane agency) at Alaknanda. I have complaint against gas leakage on 20/01/2017 and next day again call then sent some body check and go but still cylinder not change and I am holdind my house gas leakage cylinder and reply from agency you have use this cylinder and can't change. Is this reply is justified from a Gas Agency against a gas leakage complaint ?
