Hi,
My younger Brother purchased a mobile Honor 5 X on dated
17-03-2016 which was replaced by the NOIDA service center after 3-4 days before
the replacement the issue with the Earphone jack. but now the issue is quite
big the phone is not accepting any service provider sim card also the phone's
single speaker is into working condition.
The replacement phone's IMEI is as 869230021097624.
Now this is not under warranty, i could not notice these
issues because when i have submitted the mobile for replacement then i had
purchased a new phone and using this one till date. I have noticed the issue
with this phone just a few days back, unable to contact the Laxmi Nagar service
center as this is very close to me.
Please help me to get this resolved.
