Hi,

Dear Sir / Madam,

Greetings of the day.

Today I have taken a domestic gas cylinder from Sunny Gas Agency'godawn.
When I asked him about gas cylinder weight machine he said that he have not weight scale today.
Then after I have taken a cylinder from godawn and weight it out side. I was surprised because it has one and half kg gas less in weight.
Then after I was going back godawn and complaining him.He was taking a weight scale from others godawn and find that cylinder is actually 1.5kg less gas. He was giving me other cylinder offers.

Please take a needful action.
