    Complaint for Richfeel Koramangala branch by Sanchita Sachdev:

    I am an existing customer of Richfeel and taking the treatment from here for the 2nd time. Initially I took the treatment in 2018 and this time in 2023 i have again started taking its treatment. But never thought that it will be such a pathetic experience for the second time.

    I started my treatment with Bangalore Koramangala branch and told them beforehand that I need to shift to Delhi in next month when I was assured by them that case transfer can be done easily within anywhere in India and i can continue my treatment from Richfeel in any branch in Delhi after my shifting.

    But now I am the one who is struggling between both branches as Preet vihar branch is saying they can't start the treatment untill they get the funds related to my treatment from Koramangala branch and Koramangala branch does not seem to be interested in transferring the funds.

    In the whole process I am the one who is struggling, i have already made the whole payment and not even getting the treatment.
