I request Victoria Hospital Head if someone's getting die with head injury next to Trauma Emergency Building what is the challenge to respond immediately by security team to highlight police department immediately to take care unknown person.

Dear Victoria Hospital Representative,
I am waiting for my test report for 4 hours now. I was told to wait after taking sample to come after 2 hours for report. Then when I checked at report collection counter after 2.5 hours, I was told there is no certainty of getting report today as it is fourth Saturday. You can wait till 4 pm and then go if no report is available. My request to share report over mobile phone was declined as well. Although lunch time mentioned is 1-2, no representative at Infosys lab was available in lab . I was further told this is govt hospital, and you may go ahead and file a complaint on consumer forum. I have skin infection with itching and this wait has only aggravated my condition. This is highly unprofessional and it has led to a lot of pain and inconvenience to me. Please start sharing report over phone and train your staff on dealing with customers.
