My References: (i) Orders:
1. Order no: 405-0872976-5037908 & 2. Order no: 405-9914620-1373948
Product ordered: Lotus Professional 4 Layers Advanced Anti-Ageing Facial Kit
Product I received : O3+ Skin whitening fairness facial kit ( completely different from my ordered product)
(ii): I ordered for one Lotus Professional 4 Layers Advanced Anti-Ageing Facial Kit on 7th June and paid from my net banking( my account showing that the amount debited ) but sms came to me that payment failure and accordingly I ordered and pay once again ( both amount showing in my account, I thought that 1st one will come to my account, but not come as on 15th June)
(iii): But today at around 12 =15 noon I received two packets [ against 1. Order no: 405-0872976-5037908 & 2. Order no: 405-9914620-1373948 ] containing O3+ Skin whitening fairness facial kit ( completely different product from my ordered product).
In view of my above cited declaration I want to return both the items and request you to refund the amount to my account at your earliest.
