    Illegal fare charging by MD EZAZ ANSARI:

    Bus having route no. RT 21 is travelling from Howrah Maidan to Sakerbazar. Conductor of these route take unfare charges. None of these buses have fare chart inside the bus.

    I travel from Howrah Maidan To hospital road Crossing (Near SSKM Hospital). As per chart the fare is Rs. 9/- but they always take Rs. 10/- as fare. If we demand fare chart they use abusive languages.

    Kindly look into the matter.

    Sir i am new license holder i get Learner license on 25/3/18 which last date is 4/9/18. That time when go to rto office for trail and photo verification attach with onlie application form and fees receipt rto says this learner licence has expired due to software upgradation of rto office website. Sir please help me and please advice me which process i take about this matter.

    Dear Sir

    I have applied Learner Licence with Application no.: 828076719, through online application portal
    After completing all procedure when I have gone for Online test , I came to know there is a mistake in my phone number while uploading application for which I am not getting any message or OTP.
    In-fact I can’t view phone no in my applications status as well.

    I have asked A-RTO at Kasba RTO , and one Officer name Samayal Da but all said me edit online.
    But when I tried to edit “it shows that edit not possible at this stage”

    Kindly Suggest what action I need to take to complete my application for licence for cancelling and re application also need OTP which I will not get even I try.

    I tried to knock every door from morning to evening have visited every employee of RTO Kasba available but no resolution or answer for anybody.

    Respected Sir,
    I have issues with my Driving Licence and from last 4 days I am visiting RTO office Siliguri but Their behavior is very worst. They dont want to talk with a common citizen. Even The ARTO of Siliguri told get out many times. I want to meet him only for 2 minutes but he dont have time to talk with a common man.
    Kindly look at the matter and punish to these kind of rude people. They are public servant but they behave like they are God.
