    Sorry to bother u. hope all is well when u have free time please look into my concern .

    I have been a regular customer for you from long years – all the jewels am consistently purchasing from your branch in Krishnagiri . & I have been recommanted all my family relatives & my colleaques to buy jewels from your branches . Enjoyed your product quality – had satisfactions as a customer .

    • At 1 year back purchased chain - & I didn’t used much as regular chain now everywhere there is a damaged the quality of work is pathetic .attached images of chain & bill copy .
    • With the damaged chain I visited at 01.03.2020 to your krishnagiri branch with bill copy they agreed for service –I said everywhere is a breakage – insisted them to give new chain without wastage charges .
    • They said they will take order – I shown chain design which is available in your showroom they agreed to take order & said they will arrange in 8 days . by next week 08th march visited with for collection of new chain – spoke to BM he said he didn’t passed order – since he forgot to take my old chain (at 1st march I told them to keep my old chain but they denied due to audit they will not keep – they said they will collect while new chain delivery ) .
    • At 8th I handed over my old chain – they committed they will arranged new model chain in 15 days – 23rd March I called them they are casually saying new chain arrangement will take one month .
    • If this is the way the showroom executives are treating customers – surely am warning you non of the customers will visit your stores for purchase now a days everyone should work for customer satisfactions .

    Am escalating my dissatisfactions levels to you HO for better support – please do ensure to get my new chain ASAP & make a free of cost wastage charges . the old chain quality was pathetic .
    Expecting your quick support to get back my satisfaction as your customer .

    Yesterday we have purchased Gold from Eral branch tuticorin.
    After purchase of Gold, we swiped amount 71,400 rupees. Due to swiping machine issue my amount got debited from my account but shop manager says amount not credited, so can't return gold and We will check with statement and come back like that told.

    Since we have waited from yesterday evening to till but there is no valid response from your management. Still they are saying like checking...I don't know how long your team need time check the statement. Tomorrow morning we have function at home but no response. Pls take it as more priority and let me know the status.

    We are in serious desperation because of your management approach..

    Dear sir I payed amount rs 20500 in digi gold scheme in Coimbatore branch..last week I try to purchase 15 size ring,at the time that size is not available in your branch .so I planed to give order for that size..but your people say not possible to give order in using digi gold scheme..then how to purchase my required jewel?? .Than what is use for using digi gold scheme??..what is proper guidelines to me how can I purchase jewel..I thing your plans system is not compatable for customers service.. awaiting for your reply

    I have applied for duplicate passbook on 17 sep 2022. I received a call to collect the book on 20th sep 2022. While visiting the branch on 6 oct 2022 the concerned staff was searching for the book and asked to call me . I have to pay thefinal instalment amount this month for the scheme ANR22SGS1282.
