Sir, registration certificate of my newly purchased motorcycle issued on 19 Oct 2020 i.e BR21Y6654 as per m-parivahan app. But even after 9 months have not received my RC till date. When I inquired regarding this at showroom (TVS Bharti, biharsharif) they referred me to DTO biharsharif telling that RC have to be send only by DTO on postal address. At DTO biharsharif, I inquired 3 times. First time they said that staff's are changed password not available. Second time on ground floor they referred me to bada babu at first floor where that time bada babu was seemed busy and I was out of time. 3rd time bada babu sent me to counter number 3 on ground floor. That day at counter 3 I was told that RC dispatched on 22 Oct 2020 whose applno/barcode:BR20101782154385/JA839243402IN. I was advised to inquired for same at my local post office. When I inquired at my local post office, they asked me to provide speed post number.
Now, after paying more than 20,000/- registration fee on purchase of motorcycle DTO can't even tell me that where is my RC card. Where else I was able to take away my newly purchased motorcycle after 1 week when number plate tagged to my motorcycle.
Sir, kindly look into matter. I am government employee too and feeling harrassed that even so many follow ups I am not getting even a RC card.
