I am bringing the inefficiency of your Chandigarh passport office to you and you will feel ashamed to be Indian as
i am.
My brother landed at Delhi airport 31/01/17 and at the airport Ravi Malik kept my brothers passport and given him the letter to collect that to collect his passport from Chandigarh office in 3 weeks.That time i was in India i went with him to collect the passport they show us the passport and said we need our seniors signature you can come next week to collect.since then he went 27 times every time they said next week.They ask him to give them 20,000 rupees.Monday August 14th Mr Sehdev Koshik said to my brother to come Thursday i will give you your passport.he has to travel from Ludhiana every time. He went Thursday mr Koshik and Mr Bhag Singh ask him to deposit rupees 5.000 when my brother deposit the money they said to him they the passport and file is missing and they could not find it.since 7 months my brother wasted so much money and time still did not get his passport.
I hope you will look in to that matter and try to resolve the matter.civil servants living on public money can not be given that much power they can abuse the system.In uk we never have that sort of problem any reason we always recived our passport back with in week .my brother suppose to attend the wedding in Canada August !0th and we got wedding November 11th in uk hope you will help and he will be able to come as he already got uk visa.
