    I ordered 3 products. But due to mistake I ordered wrong size in two of them so immediately I cancelled it. But I paid money from my bank account so I expected it to be and easy way for me. But it is not. Nor the customer care number is responding neither the email id. And its been more than 5 days I didn't got back my money.I trusted this app.

    If I had ordered striped pinafore dress with T-shirt through AJIO app for this Order ID : FL0162032110& AWB Number : 1950488164155. But I had received only one quantity of dress and I had paid two quantities of dresses amount. So many times I have called your customer care toll free number and sending the mail for your customer care mail id but you did not pick up my call & not reponsed my mail. Please atleast reply for this comment. How can I get my missing items. Please tell me.

    Yesterday I received the courier order no FL0160046122 through xpressbees in the parcel I paid 308 rs for three products but after I open the parcel only one product is available another two product missing I raise the complaint through email also but still I didn't get any response from ur side and I put return for that missing material also please give me a solution for this problem

     I placed an order(Order ID : FL0159443990) that is three pair of shoes on 9th August'2020 and received it on 24th August'2020. I requested to return one pair out of three on 25 August'2020 and they informed me to take it by 29 August'2020. But they cancel the return request & send a message to create a return id using self care option. Why should i have to send by myself?? Again I create a return id (Return ID : #RT21499756) where they inform me to pickup the item by 09th Sep'2020.
    This time on September 04, a delivery boy came to my house to pickup the item without having the acknowledgment slip. First he check the item & ready to pickup When I asked for the acknowledgment slip first he  deny. When i told him that i received a message from ajio where they inform me to receive the slip. Then he said that tomorrow he will again came with the acknowledgment slip to take the item But he didn't come.
    Today another delivery boy came into my house. When he checked the item he found a sticker outside in the shoe. As per conversation with him it should be inside the shoe. Again he had not pickup the item. How can it be possible. i don't used the item yet. I want my money back. Your helpline number also not working. I don't want to lost my money in your pathetic service

    Worst shopping experience
    Orders gets returned without sms or mail regarding shipping, expected delivery attempt delivery or failed delivery...
    Refunds nowhere to be seen
    Complete fraudsters
    Automated emails from customer care assuring call back which is never recieved...

    Hi on Nov 23 I tried place an order in ajio. Bt i couldn't complete the procedure bt payment debitted from my account. I emailed to the customer care mail of ajio. They send reply telling me that will take care it. Bt i didn't get any response. Again I send a mail on 1st December and they said will fix it in 7-8 business days. Today is 17 of december and I didn't got the refund. I lost 3111 rs from my account. Please take Necceaaary action.
