Being in international level and well reputed Hospital , I was expecting good hygiene practices while visiting for my Health checking today .The hygiene and services in health check area is very poor compare to previous years .
Diluted hand wash liquid , non availability of hand drier or proper paper napkins , ECG equipments are not sanitized from previous user , Bed cover was provided not sufficient to cover full body , sufficient napkins was not provided to clean the gel .
Patients and Visitors are expected to receive minimum requirements from ISO 9001 Certified , reputed hospital like MIMs to maintain the personal hygiene as per ISO regulation. I believe MIMs management will take this issue seriously and fix it with immediate effect .
