Sir,

A purchase order vide our P.O. No. 4010004113 dated 23.11.2017 amounting Rs. 16,37,825/- was placed on the basis of your recommendation to your authorized dealer M/s K. Sons Traders, GF-17, Ansal Classique Tower, J-Block, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi-110027 for the procurement of different types of paints. During application of EPOXY, POST OFFICE RED PAINT, heavy lumps have been found in the paint, homogenous mixture was not getting after stirring.

In this regard, authorized representative of M/s K. Sons Traders (your authorized dealer) Mr. Avinash visited at our plant at Pragati Power Corporation Limited, 1500 MW, PPS-III, DSIIDC Industrial Area, Sector-5, Bawana on 23.04.2018 for inspection of supplied paint, EPOXY, POST OFFICE RED & has confirmed that the supplied paint is defective.
Presently total quantity which has to be replaced is 360 Liter. We are regularly following up with your authorized dealer M/s K. Sons Traders to replace the material but they are not replacing the same. Though they have communicated so many times in telephonic conversation that they will replace the material but more than 20 days has been spent and material is still to be replaced.

It is further stated that they have also not supplied the full quantity of said purchase order & balance paints are still awaited.
Since, the material is under warranty/guarantee of 18 months/12 months from the date of supply/use whichever is earlier against manufacturing defects/poor workmanship etc, so, it is requested to arrange to replace the same and supply the balance paint material at the earliest.

I hope your market value must be very important for you and these paints are urgently required to us, so, an early action in this regard shall be highly appreciated.
