Dear Sir,
I have been receiving recorded phone calls from TATA Power regarding pending bills of
Flat no.101, Dheeraj Residency -2
Daulat Nagar , SantaCruz- west.
Above flat is vacant since 10th March 2020,as our Tenant had vacated it & due to lock down,we didn't get any new Tenant.So there is zero Electricity consumption.
Tenant cleared his pending bill by Pay T.M.on 27th March by paying Rs 1724/-
On 9/05 /2020 I again paid around
Rs 1543/-
There is surplus amount paid by me,so please correct your bills & don't send bills based on previous bills,as flat is unoccupied.

Dear team,
As my light bill is increased by 3 times for a single month.
As normally the bill is coming around 2000.
Bt the bill has increased by 3 times.
Kindly check the reading once again and check the meter as well.
