    AC 9b WB051604 did not stop in jora bridge stoppage in today morning where there was enough space inside the car.

    ALL AC9B buses(Ashok leyland) run too slowly (average speed 20km/hr ) even on empty roads of Newtown/ Rajarhat area.

    Since this bus directly goes to Ecospace starting from Jadavpur 8B/Kudghat mainly the IT sector people are the commuters whose frustrations are increasing daily as
    other Ashoke leyland routes like
    MW-1,MW-10 bus speed are very good even during office hours .

    Can WBTC/CST look into this issue please .

    I boarded a bus AC 30 from laketown for howrah around 11.20 on 18.9.18.Driver and a female conductor are having their breakfast since then and till 12:00 we are still in lake town. Pathetic bus service and above all driver is moving in lake town area only.

    This is to inform you that the bus that runs from Howrah to Amtala, C-37, the conductor of many of this bus does not provide tickets to the passengers after taking the full money from them. After asking for the ticket then the ticket is given. This has been happening regularly and for the passengers like who travel regularly on the same bus, the conductors have taken it from granted.And also they provide tram tickets instead of bus tickets. this has been happening from long. Please look into the matter. Regular fights take place between the passengers and the conductor because of not providing the ticket. Such a case cannot be taken accepted regularly where we are harassed.

    Amount Deducted amounting Rs.100 from Bank on dtd.11/10/2019 vide SBI Internet Banking Transaction no.IGAHEWDXE7 but SBSTC Ticket not booked. I already complain SBI, SBI inform to me contact with SBSTC.

    Please refund my amount Rs.100/- immediately.

    Amount Rs.100/- deducted from my SBI BANK vide Bank transaction no.IGAHEWDXE7 on dt.10/10/2019. I complained through SBI internet banking, SBI tell me contact with SBSTC.

    Please refund amount Rs.100 immediately.

    if you guys don't want us to use st6 bus why paying bus driver or conductors.... they always in a hurry and drive empty bus.. why they don't stop while showing hands on stand location... it's make me very discomfort... it's already late and they are not stopping buses... so why they driving it

    Today in the afternoon (Sunday 8th of November 2020) WBTC (C8DN) ( Barasat to Joka) I was picked up from the place Airport 1no and brought up to Dlf 1 ,when I was entire into the bus the idiot conductor was very rough and misbehaved to me and he didn't know how to talk he didn't any manner, and I was pay for 2 tickets and the idiot conductor gave me the one ticket and also when I asked for the ticket he gave me, and sometimes basically its night bus driver do not stop the bus and conductor never ask for the ticket. I want to know where is my money which was I gave to the conductor I want my money back and also the conductor should apologize for what he did the behaviour which was act by him. I really didn't expected any kind of bad experience from the Government Bus service it's really shamfull and it's was a absolutely bad experience from WBTC.
