I purchased one dtcp approved plot at Singaperumal koil in the year 2000. Now I want to sell the above property but SRO, Chenglepet authorities told me you must approve the RERA after that only you can sell the property kindly advise the same whether I can arrange the approval or not kindly do the needful.
