Sir,
We have complained for service on 14th March by mail, after many followups yesterday( 31/3/2017), Service engineers from niharika spares (from nellore) visited our workshop and only gave quotation without rectifying the complaint. This is highly objectionable and this kind of service from company like atlas copco repute is just not acceptable. Your requested to intervene this situation.
