    Dear Sir/ Madam
    I am Having 2 Power Connection on my Name one for My home and another one for my Parking/Office. My problem is with Parking/Office Bill where day time load is 40 - 50 W and Night load maximum 200 W. Sometimes i am using a Water Pump of 1.1 HP for 2 hr in a week. we have consume 1000 Units in last 1 year and last month consumption is 933 units with maximum demand of 1.2 KW which is not possible. first of all 1.2 KW load not connected 24 Hrs second thing minimum 2 hrs power cut is there. if we will consider 1.2 KW constant load for 24 hrs and 30 Days then maximum consumption should be 864 Unit. Then how 933 units consume when every day 2 - 3 hrs supply cut there at my feeder. There are a big problem with Energy meter and department not try to understand the problem.
    Kindly take necessary action about this matter.

    Complaint in redards to irrigular long hour puwer cuts by Pankaj malik:

    Greetings,

    Would like to bring your attention towars the irrigular power cuts in Balraj Nagar, Loni area.

    Its almost 0400hrs in the morning there is no electricity since 2300hrs.

    This is happening on regular basis. Initially when orders were passed in regard to the electricity by Mr. Yogi, everything was perfect for months. Hawever things started slacking gradually and by now electricity board is doing what ever they want. Its very often that electricity cits if at odd hours and for a longer period of time considering today its more then 5 hours already and dosent seems any hope for the electricity.

    My question.

    1. Why no one is there to monitor the electricity power cuts?

    2. Why no one responce on the helpline numbers during the night or odd hours.

    3.Rules are made but my they are not been followed by the electricity board?
