    I recharged my electric bill through online from my bank account, but it's not been recharged but the amount has been deducted from my bank account and i email and call up to the customer service of Manipur State Power Distribution Company Limired [MSPDCL] no one has respond the email and call.. its useless of customer care and tollfree number....

    Sir, I went to Wangoi electricity department for a new small scale industrial connection of about 15KW / unit. But the manager in the office told me to buy a new transformer .

    Iam a good coustomer and consumer of your deppt.and iam living at kwakeithel moirang purel leikai nganapithog near YuC club. Our electric line was off /fail in last midnight ie date 1-5-18 at 11pm to 2-5-18 at 7 pm.     On 3rd April 2019 I tried to recharge for Rs. 1000/- and paid necessary fee of Rs. 1011.80 through net-banking. However, it was showing session expired before voucher code generation menu came.
