    Sir I have completed to d2h remote replacement regard on 12.06.2018 till date I have not received remote, and also contact your coustom care services engineer (Vijay supervisor) on 20.06.2018 but he told only seeking out don't salve the problem I have disappointed Your Videocon d2h dish tv. It is suffering from coustomers and your d2h is big covered area. but bad services in one small remote not replaced till date on 22.06.2018 and also my account is not opening your website it tolalley big mistake me. I have your 6 to 7years coustomer. I kindly request to you please resolve the remote.

    Sir, my name is Ganesh Panse mob no 9822503181 my account no 0007191682 I have paid one year subscription to you on 08/10/2017 for one year & one month bonus for one month . Without my information your people activated channel no 170 on my package which was not known to me . On 22 Aug I have got message that your subscription is over & you have to subscription to us again. I senior citizen .I can't understand without my information how you can this type of decision at your own .I request you to give me services as per your previous commitment ie up to 09/11/2018

    Disconnected having balance by Unni Kannan:

    I have recharged recently on 4th Feb, but today d2h connection is disconnected due to insufficient balance. Account balance showing 169.35 Rs in My Account.

    It is rediculouse and worst experience, my d2h disconnected even I having balance.

    From today morning I am not able to see any channel as its reflecting insufficient balance although I have a balance of 157 rs and trying to contact the customer care since morning but not able to contact them.kindly look to it or I will be forced to change from Videocon to some other company like tata sky/Airtel.
