lag and processor at 100 % usage by Rakesh:

i buy dell 7567 gaming laptop for best performance but i was wrong it not working properly lag and processor usage at 100% so live streaming is not working properly another HP i3 laptop processor give good performance and so i go to dell service centre at andheri, dell service centre person (yogesh and another one )give me excuse that "its windows 10 disk usage will be 100% its normal" that answer is not acceptable for me. i have wasted my 87000 rs. reply me fast
