I have ordered a full tandoori chicken on zomato on 20/9/2019 in evening and i pay full amount by PayeTim(321/-)rs.
But when delievery boy reach at my doorstep and give me my parcel.I found a very small parcel and i told to delievery boy that this can't be my parcel please check another parcel and he told me that sir this is your parcel which is given to me by chicken point.
And he told me that when he was receving that parcel he also told to the restauant owner that please confirm that parcel is this that parcel for which order was givin and they told him that yes that is your parcel and give it to him.but i did not receive my order and give that order parcel back to your delivery boy so please refund my money back and contact me as soon as possible and i also want a compansation amount from zomato i am very afraid of zomato services

I have book one order at deesa Raju Dabelivala registered mo no. 9898237237 and order was confirmed delivery boy on way as detail of order and I was awaited 1 hour thereafter call to delivery boy and he said me your not prepared and Raju Dabilawala was not available so why your going on and awaited me I am not satisfied zomoto service and l will file criminal complaint and civil complaint as well as consumer complaint for cheated and unnecessary awaited, I could not book food others company
