    I had servicing my bike from Kataria Honda, Surat, Gujarat on Dt. 16/07/2022, I had inform to Service advisor regarding concern, bike is rubbing and noise came from like “ghar ghar “ which was also mention on job card, after servicing same issue facing & concern not resolve yet.

    I re-visited at service center date 19/07/2022, regarding issue now they told me that “chain Chakkar and releated parts“ have been damage/ fail.

    For your information, i am single handed user & my bike is running daily 30-35 kms only so at the time of servicing 12,844 kms was mention on job card and i can't believe that within 1.5 yrs "chain Chakkar and releated parts“ have been damage/ fail., so company provide poor/worst quality of parts - products so that customer is been facing these type of problem.

    My question to HONDA Company, was it good quality of products?, if it is good then within 1.5 yrs "chain Chakkar and releated parts“ cann’t have damage/ fail.

    At the time of New Sales, HONDA company marketing good quality of products in market, especially in BS VI models and then provide worst quality of products to customer.

    From the market news many of customers facing concerns like that “chain Chakkar” have been damage/fail in Honda Shine BS-VI model, so that my suggestion is to HONDA company to take serious note of that & resolve as soon as possible.

    I am very disappointed to know that within 1.5 yrs “chain Chakkar and releated parts“ have been damage/ fail. But I request to HONDA Company to will have replace the same parts in my bike ASAP.

    I hope HONDA company take serious action against complain and resolve my concern ASAP.

    And I go for servicing of the above mentioned vehicle
    on 19/01/2023 , vehicle was completed 254 KM, and service work done by
    ORANGE AUTO PVT.LTD. ADDRESS 8-1-351/3, RAHUL COLONY,
    TOLICHOWKI, HYDERABAD. INVOICE NO. AP01000622015724
    ORDER NO. JC-AP010006-02-2223-015197.
    After service of the vehicle a NOISE started to come from
    engine side. The work shop Manager/Supervisor tried to solve the problem
    but they failed to stop the noise, then they said to me that they will change
    or replace a part named BREAK CAM which is they have written in their
    register and ordered the parts. And workshop manager/supervisor told me that
    the parts will come on 05/01/2023 and they will replace the parts.

    But Sir, this is new defective vehicle, why I will face the problem after putting
    a lakh Ruppes. So this is my request to replace the complete vehicle instead
    replacing parts.
    PLEASE TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND
    SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

    i bought active 6g on Nov 25th 2022 vehicle no KA-01-JT-7920.
    few days back my vehicle stuck on the road it could not start from kick start & electric start ,then called the service manager from anand honda they told to bring the vehicle to service center they checked my bike done the 2nd service they put temporary battery they told will get new battery from the warranty within two days but still i did not get any reply from the service center. i am very dispointed with the service center. within four month how battery will be gone ..
