I, Mr. ANIL KUMAR GUPTA, declares that I am owner of 13 Commercial Vehicles of Ashok Leyland make, out of that 10 Commercial Vehicles I have purchased in November 2017 and 3 Commercial Vehicles I have purchased in October 2018.
That in the year 2019 I found some problems with the tyres of the said Commercial Vehicles and therefore I have informed Mr. Sameer Bajaj of Sai Corporation, he told me to contact Mr. Anirudh and hence when I contacted Mr. Anirudh regarding the said issue said Mr. Anirudh told me to send the tyre of any of the said Vehicle to sai Corporation to check the same and accordingly I have sent the tyre of one Commercial vehicle at Sai Corporation and after checking the said tyre he told me that there is some manufacturing defects in the said tyres and he further told me that he will issue one Letter from Sai Corporation and asked me to take the said defective tyres to J. K. Tyre Company.
That accordingly I have handed over 8 tyres alongwith the letter of Sai Corporation at J. K. Tyre Company and after some days they have changed / replaced only 5 tyres, and again I sent 9 tyres to J.K. Tyre Company and they have replaced only 6 tyres out of that.
That thereafter I have contracted Mr. Anirudh and requested to replace all the tyres of my Commercial vehicles and during the said Call Mr. Anirudh also connected Mr. Gaurav in conference call and asked them to replace all the tyres of my all commercial Vehicles and the said Gaurav also agreed for the same, but thereafter said Mr. Gaurav has not done the said work of replacing the tyres and in the meantime due to Corona Pandemic the Lockdown declared by the Government.
That on the last occasion in October 2020 I have given 8 tyres to J. K. Tyre company for replacement but they have not replaced the same and even they are not responding to my continuous follow up into the matter. That during the follow up the staff of J. K. Tyre company told me that they are not having the stock of tyres and asked me to call Mr. Gaurav and on that when I called Mr. Gaurav he told me that he is not able to do anything in this respect and refused to help me out. I have also sent email to J.K. tyre company but there is no reply from their part.
I say that after suffering a lot I myself went to J.K. tyre company on that they have replaced 5 tyres and again I call Mr. Gaurav to get replaced the other defective tyres he told me that he has left the Job and asked to approach Ashok Layland company.
I say that thereafter as per the instructions of Mr. Anirudh I have given 17 tyres at Thane workshop of J.K. Tyre company for replacement but till date they have not given me any reply nor replaced the tyres and not informed about the progress into the matter.
Even then I was purchased 5 (2 in my name & 3 in my wifes name ) another commercial vehicles of ashok layland in the months of july 2021.
I say that all the tyres of 10 Commercial Vehicles which were purchased by me in the year 2019 are defective and I am trying to get it replaced but the said J. K. Tyre company not replacing the same, Sometimes I thought that it was my fault to purchase the Commercial Vehicles from Ashok Layland as they are not willing to give proper services and not providing the help to resolve my issue, due to which I am suffering from huge financial loss and also suffering from mental agony and tension.
In view of the above I request your goodself to kindly look into my matter immediately and to solve the issue at the earliest and to replace all the defective tyres of my Commercial Vehicles.

Dear Sir
This is to inform you that i have Dost I4 of your company. I am facing continous problem of my vehical. The vehical is in the name of Mr. SHANKAR PAHORKAR, MH 29 BE 4133. In the month of July 2021 my vehical was at " AJMER MOTERS" NATIONAL HIGHWAY,VASAI 401208. PH: 7506705006. As per your company policy the vehical was under warrenty period than also the service center charge a large amount of money to me.

After one week I started my truck to daily work but I facing issues truck was not taking full load & some part are broken so I raised complaints your dear agency
but still my truck related Problem not resolved,
Even your so many Engineer visited & checked (Indore, Jabalpur ,Satna location also replaced Parts but still same my truck not taking full load.
So I request to you please involved your escalation or higher management team asap because already one month pass & truck was same not taking load.
Im also bear daily basis Loss due to this truck under of loan.
