The product delivered to me is different from the order which I gave by seeing your images. So it is a humble request to send me my refund back. Its been 3 days and I have not got any response from you people. Your email informed that I will b contacted by your executive within 48 hours. Its been 72 hours now and still no response from you people. The ticket Id given is - 85198. This casual attitude is not expected from you people. My order no is 100340836. I have order saari bt I received kurti. I have sent many mails regarding it. But I won't get any proper response regarding resolving the complaint. As per guidelines I have to return that item within 7 days bt I m nt getting any proper response so mine time is running out. Nd also the contact no u have provided r nt valid. Plz kindly have a look after it. I have requested multiple times. I am very disappointed seeing ur customer service. If the same bad experience u will be giving to the customers it will affect zipker goodwill only . If my complaint has not been taken into consideration as soon as possible I will have to take strict actions regarding the complaint. Waiting for the positive nd satisfied response from u r side.
