    This is to bring in your kind Notice That I Rushneek Singh is a loyal and regular customer of United colors of Benetton.

    But this is very strange that when we use to shop regularly everything is fine, but if we have some issue related to the clothes then No one is interested in helping or giving me the proper solution for my problem..

    In last summer I shopped some clothes out of which 1 T-shirt is not up to the marks as per UCB..

    I visited Your Rajouri Garden Branch to get the same exchange but they denied..

    Although I didn't wear that T-shirt in winters and now when I wear in this summer the unexpected happens..

    Kindly help me with the same...

    Last month I shopped some clothes out of which 1 top is not up to the marks as per UCB and lost lots of colour in normal wash ..

    I visited Your Connaght place, Delhi Branch to get the same exchange but they denied..They said they are helpless and asked me write email to you.

    I bought 2 tops from Benetton last month on Sep 1/2, 2017 from which 1 top has lost lot of color in normal plain wash and other top doesn't fit well as your staff shown to me. I went to store to return so they asked me to write email to you and then I got down with Typhoid. So finally writing now and request you to please replace my tops. I'm not happy with the selection.

    Sir ucb branch at qutwali bazar dharmshala himanchal Pradesh refused to redeem my ucb voucher worth 2000 rupee they said they have never done it in 7 or 8 years and they don't do that in future also

    Himanchal is such a small hilly state with few ucb outlet and they also refusing to redeem this voucher.
    so don't tell me that I have to go to Delhi to redeem that .

    I felt very bad and not acc to your brand image behaviour about your staff at UCB STORE OPP SURSADAN XING

    I had visited and staff behaviour is not so good as he is pointing again and again small size clothes and bad gesture as they are sales staff and should be gentle.

    I will not buy anymore and not recommend any person this brand if these type of staff u had or not taken any action otherwise local sales person behave good and gentle than these cheap stuff.

    My name is Rakhi Snehi and this complaint is in regard with a Jeans for my Kid which I purchased from UCB,Mahagun metro Mall, Shop no-21, Plot no VC-3 vaishali ghaziabad on 05/11/2021. Details are mentioned below:-

    Please note that I had bought this Basic denim with belt for my daughter from UCB as I was expecting the best quality and best customer support. On 16 nov 21 I sent my person to the concerned outlet to change the denim as it was a size tighter for my kid. The shop guy changed the same but unfortunately I wanted to get the exchange as the new denim was again pressing hard on the kid stomach and this time I wanted to buy something else. So on 17 nov I sent my person to get the exchange of the article but the shop keeper attitude was very bad at that time, he even denied to to talk to me on the phone. He very rudly denied to exchange the denim mentioning that we cannt change it for 2nd time and asked us to contact to other UCB outlet.
    On the very same day I visited 3 malls (shipra mall, pacific mal & India habitat center) but I come to know that all three outlets are closed and not operative. I would like to raise this concern first the shop keeper at your mahagun mall outlet is having a very bad attitude as he didn’t know how to deal with female customers secondly if all the nearby outlets are permanently closed then why the shop keeper asked me to visit other outlet.
    As a genuine customer I want a clear justification. If my Denim is within the exchange period and there is no physical damage is done . INfact all the tas and invoice is also available with me then why the exchange is not possible. Due to covid precautions we cannot get the trail done to our kid as it’s not safe.
    This was really a bitter experience with the company and has urged me to consider legal notice. It would be considerate of you to look into the matter and get it solved. I had contact the dealer concerned about the free replacement on full value only which I pay for buying them on immediate basis .I am entitled for better service from your part.
    Please take an appropriate action and do the needful on priority. I am facing a genuine problem and my kids denim is within the exchange period only Therefor i want exchange for the same to some other article.
    Kindly do the needful. Looking forward to your prompt revert.
