Packet is lying in Rohini Hub which is at 5 minutes distance from my place but not delivered. It is lying there from 4th march, 2019 but no sign of delivery till today, i.e. march 12, 2019.
Complaint no T497177 was provided to me on 9th march. Every time I call up, I am told that give us time till today and we will sort out.
But nothing happened. It seems the packet has been lost by the courier office and I am left with no option but to contact comsumer forum for claiming my loss.

hey, i have sent 4 couriers from ur service nd the service was really more than worst, all four were broken badly, late delivery, no valid contact no available on the site. the items were treated like hell they all were crushed very badly. i dont know why such bad response is their from ur track on team. are u all their just to make money. i will recommend to all to never use ur service nd i will surely take an action against this, because of you people i suffered a lot. people courier many items how cn u treat things like that. worst service ever

but after 9 days passed, Still receiver not received Consignment,Very Important document inside
Consignment.
I tried to contact AMDSAT-Satelite Branch, Gujarat, but no body is picking my call.
After it, I also made call to customer & raised complain -T974324
Now i am completely frustrated and thinking by i choosed wrost Trackon services.
I give you suggestion if you provide this type service to customer please shutdown your shop.
