I have courier my royal enfield bike from solan (himachal pradesh ) to barrackpore (kolkota).. In between my bike got damaged due to carelessness . It got felt to right side and its fuel tank gets dent and allignment gets disturbed ... I have gone complaint before but no action yet being taken ... So , it is my humble request to claim for my damage ... My way bill number is 66489093

Dear Sir/Madam,
We have booked urgent material consignment from Zirakpur Punjab on date 29-09-2023 for Prayagraj on door delivery basis Way bill number 100007511016. Same consignment arrived at prayagraj on date 03-10-2023(as verified from your tracking portal), But same is still not delivered i.e till 05-10-23 evening due to which our work is badly hampering. We tried to collect same from your office many times since 03-10-23 but your allahabad office staff denied to give us same and asked same be delivered only at our address on 03-10-23 . We called your customer care number at 09311113113 on date 04-10-2023 and 05-10-23 evening, but they are not able to give satisfactory answer and abruptly cut the phone on question as why same not be delivered since last 3 days despite arrival at Prayagraj on date 03-10-2023. Such unproffesional approach is never expected from Safexpress. Neither your staff called us for any assistance for delivery even once during these 3 days
It is advised to take a strict note on this case and submit action report for such significant delay. Otherwise case may be forwarded to legal wing for action
