Postal Life Insurance Scheme offers Life Insurance cover with high returns on premium. The maximum sum assured offered under this scheme is Rs. 50 Lakhs. This policy is offered by the Government of India to employees of Central and State Public Sector Enterprises Central and State Governments Government Aided Educational Institutions Universities Government aided Educational Institutions Autonomous Bodies Local Bodies Cooperative Societies Joint Ventures having a minimum of 10% Government PSU stake etc. A group insurance scheme is also managed by Postal Life Insurance which is for “Gramin Dak Sevaks” i.e. Extra Departmental Employees of the Department of Posts.

i m making make online premium payment through my PLI login ID 61329871 but from last month there is problem withim site and the payments fails after reaching the last step due to no respose from the server . it is due to non availability of server or due to some technical issue .

To-day for the last half an hour I am trying to make on-line payment of PLI premium under Policy No. AP-605620-CC but am unsuccessful. I am able to see my dash-board but when I have clicked the option to pay premium, it is not getting connected. Why has this problem suddenly developed? It pains me to know that simple process of on-line payment is becoming difficult. The last day for payment is approaching. Could you please rectify the problem or enlighten me on how to proceed?
