I want to change the birth date printed in my policy. I have already complaint and also sent the mail for changing the birth date since one month but there’s no response from policy bazaar. I request you to do the same as soon as possible or else we have to take serious action towards the problem.

This is to bring your kind notice that i have requested for porting of my health policy of Appolo munich policy no.110100/111121/6000130562-05 on date.8, of OCT…Through policy bazaar. However i was given a new policy to policy no .13-18-0038357-00. I have submitted fees of rupess 9403/- (nine And. 25.OF OCT.
Till today i have not received my refund and please understand that i am a middle class man and this money is from my hard earned money and savings.

Hi,
I have bever ever put any inquiry on policy bazar though i am getting disturbance from your side every day gaetting call i will marke complaints againts this .
In your website please ensure to make authentication of cell no. Because if anybody out our no. Its crime and you people are entertaining that make sure you take aunthentication OTP process to verify the non else anybody can put our number and we will get disturbance

I purchased a travel policy for my son from you. The name was printed wrong on the policy and My tile was rejected by VFS. I called you people and you didn't help me regarding this. The pain and suffering I got was unexplainable. I took another policy and sorted the issue. I asked for the refund and you are telling that some amount will be deducted from me. Please settle the issue ASAP or I will have to approach consumer forum and IRDA fir the same.

At the time of Policy issuance your company staff has told me that they will provide CASHLESS facility across India(Any Where). That’s way I have choose Policy Bazar for my CAR Insurance.

I am payed my policy No.22005985 on 28/03/23 but policy bazaar debit mandate fail charge 295 Rs deducted on 29/03/23 for my SBI account .The deducted message received my mobile No.9435258326 on 30/03/23. Moreover on the dated 16/03/23 my SBI Account are available balance 7000/- above Therefore, i kindly requested to you for refund my deducted amount 295 Rs please.
