    Hi, I bought a gold ring from PCJ Bareilly, UP in 2015 which I wanted to return yesterday. The employees refused to recognise it as their own. I didn't have the bill but they generated the bill from their database. Still they didn't recognise their labelling on their product. We had to wait for so long in vain. Kindly look into this.
