Dear Sir,
I have booked Nilkamal study table & chair for my daughter. On 30th dec 2018
As showroom was having one diaplay piece which wad having scratches so i have been told to wait for one day for which i was conveince.
But for 2 days i have call to the concerns sales girl several times regarding my booked material & i was not geeting proper reply from the store.
So at last i call to the concern sales girl to refund back my token of the booked item.
So she told me u will get the product on 2nd jan 2019 & they have given me display set which was wrap with transperent & told me this is fresh piece.

I book consignment no.#2018 on 15th august. After repeated follows with nilkamal team I was provided courier tracking no. 62787549 belonging to safexpress courier. Tracking status will not change from standard answer that "out for delivery" from 31.08.19. I called customer care of safexpress I was informed that it will be delivered on 31.08.2019 and I will receive a call. I requested to deliver on same day since I have traveling plans. Till today neither I received any call informing delivery date or time nor the status of consignment is informed me although I contacted many many times. Buying from nilkamal has become nightmare for me.

10 January 2016 i buy neelkamal 500 liter water tank,but today when I see the tank it was leaking and many other cracks in bottom of tank,that show the bad quality of plastic used by neelkamal.just in 4 year tank was fully cracks.

I have purchased this Admire Mid back chair black of price Rs. 5700/- on 3rd September 2021 from this store "Nilkamal Furniture Ideas,Swapan Construction Hub,
Gupta Square, Wireless More, Kalyani Express Way, East Rabindrapally P.S. Titagarh, Barrackpore, West Bengal". When it was delivered at our house, on that day itself, I found one of the wheel to be coming out, I informed the manager . When I asked him to send the mechanic, rather than helping me, He asked me to bring the chair . This manager is very unprofessional and non-cooperative .Then again today I found another two wheels coming out. These guys are sending defective articles
