I hereby wanted to tell the authority that I had filled up my NEET entrance examination fees by debit card and the transaction was incomplete at first and it charged me an amount of $1400 but it showed that the payment was unsuccesful and again I tried once more time to pay for entrance examination and at that time also it charged me the same amount.So I request you to kindly give attention in it and grantly refund me my money back

Respected Dignitaries,
I have registered for neet 2018 but while registration the owner of the cyber cafe filled wrong information related to caste so he told me that my form is completed and submitted only correction is to be made in caste.
When I went for the correction on correction date they informed me that my form was never submitted.
So I request you to please look into matter as it was not my mistake. I was totally dependent on the cyber cafe to fill this form.
