This complaint is regarding my paid listing with Just Dial for DNS OVERSEAS, a company I have now closed down. My listing is on a monthly ECS facility. I have called them on numerous occasions and told them to close my ECS payments and transfer it to my new Company HeadWest Migration Services.
This is to bring to notice that my COMPANY DNS OVERSEAS is closed hence I wanted the account to migration to Head West Migration Services. As the service is on ECS with the account hence no cheque should be presented as the bank has closed now.
To this effect I had called JustDial helpline and was advised that the ECS cheque will not be presented and I was subsequently contacted on many times by Prince Shukla, who said that he will help me to migrate the account to HeadWest Migration as per my existing plan and would adjust any money which is remaining in my account which at that time was Rs 2900.
He came to my house on 11/12/2017 and I was quoted at Rs 12000+ GST for the full year package, coming to Rs 14200 and after Deducting Rs 2900, He calculated that I would have to pay Rs 5900 for 6 months and the listing would remain active as per old contract.
Also he had discussed that the contract rates would also remain same for the Bangalore as I am an old customer.
I also told him that I had paid for the banner in 2016 but the banner was never activated had asked him if he can find out if I could get some credit for that If I apply for a new banner.
Now when I checked up with the JustDial call centre (ANUJ SHARMA- ID 10024048)I told that DNS OVERSEAS account is still on with ECS as it is. A new account under Headwest Migration Services has been created with BANNER/ JDRR product and no listing. This was never discussed and this amounts to FRAUD committed by the PRINCE SHUKLA.
Prince Shukla (Employee Id-10043545 ) came to my house and introduced himself as Rishi Pradhan and gave me his number which is registered under Prince Shukla. He conned me into signing up for the BANNER whereas I had asked him to migrate my account from DNS OVERSEAS to HEAD WEST MIGRATION SERVICES WITH THE LISTING PACKAGE. The receipt number is 0790110534.
I am now enraged with JUST DIAL company and staff as this is the second time after not getting the banner activated in 2016 that I have been duped by them.
ALL I want is to migrate my account under DNS OVERSEAS to HEAD WEST MIGRATION SERVICES.PLEASE DO THE SAME AT THE EARLIEST AS BEEN COMMITTED BY JUST DIAL EMPLOYEE PRINCE SHUKLA AND MONEY TAKEN FOR THE SAME.

We had taken 2nd Position in GST Registration which had been given to another person without informing us. And ECS has debited in our account for two times in December month. also they are charging for second position which has been given to another person.
Need refund our amount which has been paid for 2nd position.
Sunil Dube who is Just Dial Sales Executive has been given wrong information and due to this, two ECS had been deducted in December. In addition he has selected wrong product and services so we get request mostly for wrong key word. Also, we were taking follow up from 1 month to resolve query to Sunil Dube who is sales executive of Just Dial, but he was not pick up phone and not come over at our office. he was coming at our building but he was not come our office to sort out our problems.He said that it is company fault. and company said sunil dube is given wrong information. who is responsible for that?
There is no customer care who has responsible person to solve query.
after giving numerous complain, there is no even one call for problems.
We are paying fees for services which is not given to us.

All friends agr just dial apko achi service ni de rahi to inko bar bar request ya complain mail mt kro, apne bank jao or just dial ka ecs cheque ko stop kra do, bcz in ke coordinator or representor jb deal krte h tb best service ka promise krte h but after deal ye log call bhi pick ni krte or na mail ka revert krte h, mene bhi complain ki h lekin one week se koi reply ni, so that next month m bhi ecs stop kra rahi hu ya fir account hi close......
Agr mere advice se apki problem solve hui to mujhe thanku jarur kehna,,,,,

Company name is miss pelt. In the Morning contacted the Customer Care requesting him to make immediate correction. He expressed his inability. I requested then to immediately delete my name as i did not like my Hospital name to be misspelt for even a minute.
I am surprised at the Company policy to block the correction of Company name just because it takes 3 days for Cheques to be encashed.Make urgent correction of my name either way.
